Selling a Home? We will charge you a flat fee of only $395 if you are using us to buy a home after we sell yours. You would still pay 2.7% to the agent that brings us your buyer.
 
If you aren't buying, we charge a TOTAL commission of just 3.89% if there is another realtor involved that needs to be paid.
OR
2.89% if we find the buyer directly and we are representing both you and the buyer.
 OR 
0.89% if you find a buyer without a realtor while we are marketing your home and we do the paperwork and coordinate the closing.

Obviously, any of these scenarios is going to save you thousands of dollars over the standard 6% to 7% that most realtors will charge you. In addition, most real estate companies charge anywhere from $300 to $600 as an administrative fee at the closing table. This fee is typically charged to both buyers and sellers.  EarthStone Realty never charges an administrative fee to buyers or sellers.

Buying a Home? Our service to buyers is free. We will never pressure or steer a buyer toward any particular property. Our job is to simply show you what you want to see and provide you with information so you can make an educated decision on what to buy and how much to pay for it. We will be happy to show you as many homes as you would like to see!
